Refund Policy

1. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and refund, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

 

2. Return conditions

The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

 

3. Procedure

To make a return, contact us by email at art@melissecarron.com, indicating your order number and the product(s) concerned.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your order.

 

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

 

5. Refund period

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

6. Defective or damaged products

If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at art@melissecarron.com with a photo of the product.

We will then offer a free replacement or a full refund.
