If your package is damaged upon receipt, please take photos of the package in its packaging as well as the damaged item within 2 days of receipt and send them as soon as possible to art@melissecarron.com, along with the order number and any other information that may help improve our future deliveries.
4. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to return the product, provided it is unpersonalized, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Intellectual Property
The images and videos on this website are protected by copyright and may not be reused without written permission from the website administrator, Mélisse Carron.
You agree not to resell, copy, or reproduce the works on this website without the written permission of the website administrator.
6. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the company’s registered office.
