2 to 7 business days depending on the destination

The times indicated are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, promotions, collection launches).

3. Delivery
Methods and Costs

Delivery costs are calculated:

Based on the destination, based on the print format and weight, and based on the chosen delivery method.

The exact cost is displayed before order confirmation.

We generally offer: Standard delivery and Express delivery (subject to availability).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

A tracking number

A link to track your package

We recommend that you check the tracking regularly.

 

5. Packaging

Our art prints are carefully protected to guarantee their integrity during transport:

Reinforced packaging

Rigid tubes or flat boxes depending on the size

Protection against humidity

We pay particular attention to the quality of the packaging

6. Delivery Issues

If you notice:

A damaged package, a damaged print, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the item in question.

We are committed to offering you a suitable solution (replacement or refund, as applicable).

 

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers, strikes, weather conditions, or customs formalities for international deliveries.

However, we remain available to assist you should you encounter any difficulties.

 

8. Taxes and Customs

Duties For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
